I generally have a no (or few) questions asked policy when it comes to returns or refunds. I am willing to refund you if you are unhappy with your order, and exchange your item if it doesn’t fit or is different from what you expected. I ask that you reach out to me directly for any issues that you may have with your order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
I accept exchanges if an item size is wrong, with almost no questions asked. I do request that you mail the original item back to me at my home address (message me for details). All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.
REFUNDS
Please allow at least five business days from the receipt of your item for me to process your refund in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
LOST IN THE MAIL/DAMAGED THROUGH DELIVERY
Items can (and do) get damaged through mail delivery sometimes. I usually have no problem refunding or exchanging things if damaged through shipping. I ask that you send a picture of the damaged goods for confirmation, along with your order # directly to my email (dmorrisonart@gmail.com) and I will send a replacement without further question.
For items that are lost in the mail or intercepted after delivery, I am willing to ship a replacement in most cases. In the event that an item is delivered (according to mail carrier’s tracking information) more than once however, I can no longer refund or exchange your items.
